Accounts Payable Clerk / Finance Officer / Бухгалтер по расчету с поставщиками

Leading multinational company is urgently looking for:
Accounts Payable Clerk / Finance Officer / Бухгалтер по расчету с поставщиками based in Moscow.

Working in a truly international environment with fantastic career opportunities available, you will be in charge of providing good quality professional accounts payable service, liaising with all the respective internal and external stakeholders.

Work tasks:
• Processing of accounting documentations with suppliers (invoices, tax invoices, agreements, acceptance acts, etc.)
• Preparation of accounting journals and posting to accounting software,
• Performing regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers,
• Preparation of documentation for payments,
• Processing of fixed assets transactions, depreciation calculation. Keeping up-to-date register of fixed assets,
• Preparation of purchase book,
• Communication with suppliers and customers.

Requirements:
• Higher education in finance and/or economics,
• Prior experience in accounting department of at least 2 years,
• Active, fast learner, hard worker, self-organized and committed individual,
• English language is a plus, knowledge of 1c 7.7, 1c 8 is a plus
